Kicking off summer pool season at Level Four is a rooftop Pig Roast hosted by Curadero. Executive Chef Brad Kraten is preparing a Mexican-style pig roast at Level Four, the Rooftop Pool Deck + Lounge on Hotel Palomar’s 4th floor. The party starts on Saturday, May 25 at 2pm. Guests can lounge poolside and nosh on carnitas tacos from the Taco Cart, which are complimentary with cocktail purchases.
