National Caviar Day is right around the corner – July 18th, and there’s no better way to celebrate than at some of the most renowned restaurants in San Diego. From tableside caviar carts to caviar pasta, here is where to check out the luxurious food.

Huntress

An upscale, modern steakhouse, Huntress offers unexpected pairings and theatrical presentation, from gorgeous glass lockers displaying the venue’s dry-aged steak to a brand new Caviar Cart. Brought directly to the table, the new caviar cart experience allows guests to experience the seafood delicacy in a pairing format, offering a choice of Siberian Reserve, Osetra Reserve and Trout Roe along with savory donuts, potato churros, housemade chips and toppings like creme fraiche and cured egg yolk.

Wolfie’s Carousel Bar

Centered around a fully functioning carousel-turned-bar, Wolfie’s Carousel Bar boasts French bistro cuisine and Parisian-inspired cocktails in an awe-inspiring immersive setting. To celebrate National Caviar Day in style, order Royal Osetra Caviar topped with maison crème fraîche and chives, along with a selection of classic champagne pairings.

Paradisaea

Nestled in the coastal neighborhood of Bird Rock in the iconic 1949 “Piano Building,” Paradisaea serves thoughtfully crafted seasonal menus with ingredients that highlights the best coastal California can offer. To properly celebrate National Caviar Day, their Culinary Director has brought back their Caviar Pasta — featuring lemon, butter, and topped with an ounce of luxurious Golden Osetra Caviar. This caviar-type shines with its golden color atop the dish with a nutty, creamy burst of flavor that serves as the perfect pairing to pasta.
