Why limit happy to an hour? These San Diego eateries have mastered the management of deals, featuring running promos that bring in the crowds day after day.  A prominent feature of San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, Osetra Seafood and Steaks is one of southern California’s premier destinations for fine dining and nightlife. Every day of the week from 4:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M., Osetra invites guests to join in a happy hour at the full cocktail lounge and bar for discounted share plates and bar eats, along with $6 well drinks, featured wines, and local drafts. Try any of Osetra’s specialty cocktails for only $10, including the St. Petersburg, made with vodka, basil, St. Germaine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling wine, or The Bowery, made with Kentucky whiskey, basil, lemon juice, simple syrup, and angostura bitters. Situated in The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, a charming mixed-use living, retail, and lifestyle center located in Carmel Valley, Westroot Tavern is a neighborhood chef-driven tavern that specializes in scratch-made, local, and sustainable food paired with fresh seasonal cocktails, over 30 beers on tap, and an infectious energy. Westroot consistently features happy hour specials Monday through Friday, from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily, with half-off specials on all drinks, including house cocktails such as the Bees Knees, made with bourbon, honey, fresh lemon juice, and peach bitters, and the tropical Mai Tai Affair, with both black barrel and silver rum, Cointreau noir, almond syrup, and fresh lime juice. Nestled in the vibrant epicenter between Normal Heights and University Heights, Et Voilà French Bistro is reminiscent of a traditional French bistro with a stylish twist. Each day of the week, Et Voilà offers happy hour specials from 4:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., and 4:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Saturdays. Served both at the bar and on the patio, guests can enjoy snacks, discounted glasses of wines, drafts, and $7 signature house cocktails on a warm evening with drinks including the Cucumber Gimlet, made with gin, elderflower liqueur, ginger syrup, muddled lime, cucumber, and tarragon, and the Huckleberry Bourbon, complete with bourbon, lemon, infused agave-maple-huckleberry nectar.  Set just steps from the sand in Mission Beach, Miss B’s Coconut Club takes happy hour specials to a new level, with different deals every day. Here you’ll find classic, Caribbean-inspired American food with a distinctive tiki flair, making it the perfect spot to sip cocktails on the spacious outdoor patio and soak up some San Diego sun. Daily deals include: $5 mojito La Familia Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, $10 Cubano and draft beer Little Havana Wednesdays, half-off wine Ball ‘n Chain Thursdays, $1 oysters and $5 rose Fresh Off The Boat Fridays, and weekend beer specials.  Bringing a slice of the Big Apple to America’s Finest City, The New Yorker Pizzeria & Bar was designed to convey an East Coast neighborhood bar and kitchen feel within the lively and spirited downtown Gaslamp Quarter. Every Monday through Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a series of stacked specials such as 50% off appetizers, $4 draft beers, $1.50 pizza slices, and 50% off all drinks, including house cocktails like The New Yorker, with gin, fresh lemon, pomegranate liqueur, shaken and topped with champagne, along with the Mexican Pigeon in NY, made with tequila, grapefruit pop, lime, and a pinch of salt. In North PB from 4:30-6PM daily, and also Sunday through Thursday from 8PM-close, enjoy $4 local craft beer or Italian wine or focaccia ligure with EVOO and balsamic at Ambrogio15. Also on offer is $5 mixed Italian olives, $6 Sicilian salad or Parmigiana di Melanzane (ricotta-filled eggplant), $9 margherita pizza or cheese and charcuterie board or panzerotti stuffed with mozzarella and tomato.  At Royal Stone Bistro on Wednesday through Sunday from 4-6PM enjoy $6 select red and white wines and $1 off craft beers, as well as seasonal small plates like Fritti Mari, Napolitano Pizza Fritti, Crudite with Cauliflower Hummus, Meatballs with Marinara, Fontina Fonduta, and seasonally changing tacos – all offered at or under $10. Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 6PM sit back at Red Card Café and enjoy $5.50 draft beers and red and white wines, plus a variety of small plates for $4-8 including house BBQ, Char Siu or Salt & Pepper wings; corn dog bites with herb aioli; BBQ pork sliders; mole chicken tacos; a variety of flatbreads; chicharrones and more.  Islands happy hour is a great deal for both drinks and appetizers every Monday-Friday from 4pm-7pm at the bar. Drinks include ice-cold Mai Tais ($4.69), Margaritas (from $4.89) and Mojitos ($4.69) as well as wine and beer. Guests can also celebrate happy hour with appetizers like Beachside Sliders ($4.95), Spinach and Artichoke Dip ($8.19) and fresh-cut Cheddar fries ($5.15), to name a few!  

 

Little Italy’s Loading Dock, San Diego’s newest neighborhood sports bar and grill and event center located in Little Italy, opened in March. The 21 and over family-owned bar and grill is a friendly atmosphere offering casual BBQ-style fare, San Diego craft beer options, wine, signature cocktails and the “Unloading Hour” special happy hour menu on weekdays from 4-6 p.m. The happy hour menu is comprised of small bites different from the regular menu so patrons get to taste something new every time they come in. Select drafts are $3 and special bites are $5. 

 

 Take happy hour to new heights this Summer at the reimagined Upper East Bar! The rooftop bar and lounge offers happy hour Monday-Friday from 3-6 p.m. where they offer a daily creation from one of the bartenders as well as discounted wine and beer. You can also try snacks from the new menu for a discounted price. Plus, every Wednesday join Upper East Bar for Veuve o’clock! Guest can enjoy champagne from Veuve Clicquot for $5 at 5:00 p.m., $6 at 6:00 p.m. and so on until 9 p.m.

This brand new cocktail bar with food will feature a bar menu from Chef Brad Wise including options such as braised beef nachos, baked crab dip, crispy chicken oysters with Koran sauce and truffle mac and cheese with bone marrow, plus an array of pizza.
