Brunch goes Mexiterranean at Romesco’s

On Saturdays and Sundays, Romesco’s new menu features a full brunch spread, Mexiterranean style. What is Mexiterranean? Mediterranean techniques combined with authentic Mexican recipes result in a rustic, forward-thinking cuisine. In addition to inventive brunch entrees and signature tapas, Romesco’s menu also features the Mimosa Guey – bottomless mimosas with the purchase of any entree for only $14. Not awake enough for champers? Try the brunch cocktail Not Your Abuelito’s Cafe, made with house cold brew coffee, tequila, Caffe Lolita, and Kalani Coconut.    The highlight of the menu is the Albacore Two Ways, packed with texture and flavor.  The tuna is served with lime salsa verde, burnt onion creme fraiche, crispy eggplant, and jalapeno ponzu.   For a little taste of everything, get the brunch Combo El Especial to sample their chilaquiles and house made macha, served with two eggs any style, breakfast potatoes, and pork chorizo beans.   Anyone who loves french toast should try the elevated Mex-Toast, the sweetness contrasted with a slightly bitter almond creme fraiche.
